AN ORDINANCE relating to the City of
Bremerton's retirement and pension
system as created by Ordinance 1572
as amended by Ordinance 2606, Ordinance
2860 and Ordinance 2862; amending said
Ordinance by adding thereto subsection
(f).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEP~BY ORDAIN:
(f)l. That the City Council of the City of Bremerton
may, by resolution, increase the benefits to be
received by all beneficiaries Under this ordinance
and;
2. Such increases shall be on a pro-rata basis
and;
$. Such increases shall be consistent with no~al
auditing practices and;
4. This Ordinance shall be retroactive to
January 1, 1978.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
seventh day of March 1978.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this fourteenth day of March 1978.
