AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps
according to Ordinance No. 1792. (Peoples
Federal Credit Union)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lot 25 and the south iS feet of Lot 26, Block 4,
Charleston, according to Plat recorded in Volume
2 of Plats, Pages 16 and 17, Records of Kitsap
County, Washington.
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Two (B-2) subject to the following conditions:
1. The existing structure is to be used with no major
exterior changes.
2. The use of the site is to be limited to a credit union
only.
3. That there be no access to the parking area from
Callow Avenue.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
