Section l: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 5,
Reese's First Addition to City
of Bremerton, Kitsap County.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-i)
to Residential-Two (R-2), subject to the following restrictions:
1. The site shall be developed essentially the
same as shown on the site plan for six units, with two parking
spaces to be provided on-site per unit, and landscaping.
2. Ingress to the site is to be from Hewitt Ave.
with egress to 7th Street, for vehicular traffic.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
~ day of January, 1978.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~-~ day of January, 1978.
