AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps according to Ordinance No. 1792 (Tyra
Green).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1
thereof as follows:
Lot 7, Block 1, Park Place
Addition to City of Bremerton,
Kitsap County.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-i)
to Business-Two (B-2), subject to the following restrictions:
1. The use of the site shall be limited to personal
service establishment or small offices.
2. Retail sales shall constitute only a minor
accessory portion of the activity.
3. Advertising signs shall be placed flat against
the building and not protrude above any roof line.
4. Off-street parking shall be provided for not less
than eight cars in marked spaces. No parking arrangement may require
backing across sidewalks or into parking or traffic lanes.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
