THE CITY OF B~MERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 29 and 30, Block 1
Veneta Townsite, City of
Bremerton, Ki%sap County
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-~o (B-2), subject to the following restrictions:
1. The site shall be developed for professional
offices only essentially as shown on the site plan.
2. Entrance and exit to the parking area to be on
Chester street only.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
~7~ day of January, 1978.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~ day of January, 1978.
