AN ORDINANCE relating to the City of Bremerton's
~%etiremant Ss,'stem and amending Section ~ of Ord-
inance nut,her 2435.

Section 1. That Section 6 of Ordinance nu~nber 2A35
is hereby, amended to read as follows:
Section ~. That Subsection (2) of Paragraph (a) of
Section l& of ~dinance No. 1572 be and the same is hereDs, a~en~e~
to read as follows:
(2) A pension p~chased by the contributions of the
City which, together with his annuity provided by
his acc~nulated nor:hal contributions shall :'~ake the
retirement allowance, exclusive of the annuity pro-
vided by i~is additional contributions equal to one
and one-forth per cent (!-1,./~) of his final co~'~.~.
pensation multiplied by the nu':nber of ~,ears of
service wl'~ich would be creditable to hi,a were his
service t'D continue until attainment by him of a~-e
sixty-two, but such retirement allowance shall not
exceed one-third of such final compensation exce~.:
where~ such one-third is less than Nine !Eundred and
Sixty Dollars ($9~0.00) per Year, 'then the ~e, nber
shall receive the minimum disability retirement
allowance of Nine Hundred and Sixty Dollars ($960.00)
per year.
