THE CIfY OF BR~LMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, fi~?m
or corporation to ~.aove into or relocate in the City of Bre~erton in
any area zoned Ri, any surplus na'~f housing project buildin%s Dr any
other surplus federal housing project buildings.
Section 2. The noving in or relocation of such bni!d-
inss, within the City Ii.nits in any area zoned Ri, would be a
menace to the public health, welfare and other properties within
the City of Bremerton. That such ~nov. ing in and relocation is
presently comte~-aplated and that an emergencl~ exists and for the
reasons set forth is declared to e~[ist and that this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Brenerton,
signed b~,~ the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 30th day of October, 1S63.
