HomeMy WebLinkAbout2569 AN ORDINANCE relating to the voting precincts of the City of Bremerton and amending section 42 of ordinance 1781. £HE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. 'i~hat section 4~ of Ordinance number 1781 is hereby amended to read as follows; Precinct ~42 Beginning at the point of intersection of the South margin of Sheridan Road with the East margin of Stewart Road extended South; thence East along the South nargin of Sheridan Road to its intersection with the centerline of Birch Street; thence continuing East along the North margin of 'the Plat of 1st Addition to Sheridan Park to its intersection with the South East corner of the intersection of Wheaton Way and Sheridan Road; thence North along the East margin of Wheaton Way ~o its inter- section with the South margin of Dibb Street~ thence West along the South margin of Dibb Street to the East margin of Stewart Road; thence South along the East margin of Stewart Road to its intersection with the North line of Lot 5 Manette Villa Tracts extended East; thence West along the North line of said Lot 5 to t~e West line of said Lot 5; thence South along the West line of Lots 5, 6, and 8 of said Plat to its intersection with the South margin of Sheridan Road; thence East along the South Margin of Sheridan Road to the point of Beginning. Section 2. That an emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary for the i~nediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and safety of the citizens of the City of Bremert©n and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect following passage and publication. APPROVED on first reading this 23rd day of October, 1~63.
