Ordinance No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BR~IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That, prusuant to Resolution No. 10~ of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
Part of Warren Smith's Ac~e Tracts, being lots 3E8, 4E8,
4F8, 4G8, 5A8, 5C8, 5D8~4~F8, 5G8, 9A8, 9B8, 9C8, 9D8,
also lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, C. G. Crawford's 1st
Addition, situated in Kitsap County, Bremerton, Washington.
From Residential- one (R-i) to Residential- two (R-2).
Section 2. That, by reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exists, and
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of B~emerton, and for
the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of ~remerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 28th day of August, 1963.
