AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of
~.Ordinance No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CI~I~ OF BR~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That, p~suant to Resolution No. 10~ of the
Planning Co~ission of the City of ~emerton, the Use and ~ea Maps
of ~dinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
The South half of lot 16 and all of lots 17, 18, 19,
and 20, in Block 5, Terrell's addition to Charleston,
County of Kitsap, City of ~emerton, Washington; from
Co~ercial to Business-2.
Section 2. That, by reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and ~
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for
the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect
inm~ediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 21st day of August, 1963.

hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of Standard Oil Co. of California

Commission to be in the best interests of the City of Brem-
erton, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, be and the said Council is hereby respectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance No. 1799. in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4,
thereof, in the following manner:
The South half of Lot 16 and all of Lots 17, 18, 19,
and 20, in Block $, Terrell's addition to Charleston, County

said property affects the peace, health and safety of the City
of Bremerton, and said ordinance should be adopted immediately.
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton,
