/~10RDINJ~ICE amending Use and /~ea l~ps of
Ordinance No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That, prusuant to ResolutlQn No. 101 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as Follows:
That portion of the northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter, section 22, township 24 north, range 1 East, W.M.,
in Kitsap County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning
at the quarter corner between sections 15 and 22, said town-
ship and range; thence east along the north line of said
section, 501.75 feet to the true point of beginning of the
tract herein described; thence south 0o35' west 129.50
feet; thence South 89o14'57'' west 39.65 feet; thence south
0o35' west 135.65 feet; thence north 89o19' east 200 feet,
more or less, to the east line of the east half of the
northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of said section; thence north along said east
line 265 feet, more or less, to the north line of said
section 22; thence west along said north line to the true
point of beginning, from R-1. to R-2.
Section 2. That, by reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and with
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, anf for
the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this ~day of June, 1963.

~' ~HE~EAS, proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of ~. H. ~ilner of Bremerton,
and~:
~CrlEREAS, hearing has been duly and regularly held thereon,
and
~HEREAS, the reclassification of said property is deemed
by the Planning Commission to be in the best interests of the
City of Bremerton, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVEO that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, be and the said Council is hereby respectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4,
thereof, in the following manner:
That portion of the northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter, section 22, township 24 north, range 1 East, W.M.,
in Kitsap County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning
at the quarter corner between sections 15 and 22, said township
and range; thence east along the north line of said section,
501.75 feet to the true point of beginning of the tract herein

BE IT FURTI~R RESOLVED that the reclassification of said
property affects the peace, health and safety of the City of
Bremerton, and said ordinance should he adopted immediately.
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton,
at a special meeting on this ~Zdday of x]a/~ ~ ~ , 1963.
