AN ORDINANCE declaring the need for the condemnation
of certain real property in the City of Bremerton for
street purposes, directing condemnation of said prop-
erty.and payment of 3ust compensation therefore, and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the following described real property,
situated in Kitsap County, State of Washington, to-wit:
Lot 8 and 9, Block 19, third addition to
~ Char les ton.
is required by the City of Bremerton for street purposes and that
it is necessary that said property be acquired by condemnation
and that just compensation be determined in such proceedings
be paid to the owners thereof.
Section 2. That the City Attorney and the City of Bremerton
are hereby authorized and directed to proceed immediately with the
condemnation of said real property in the Superior Court of the
State of Washington for Kitsap County.
Section 3. That an emergency exists, affecting the public
peace, health, and safety and this Ordinance shall become
effective immediately following passage and Publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage ~his 10th day of April, 1963.
