AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That, pursuant to Resolution 95 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in con-
formity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
The Southeasterly 200 feet of Lot 17, Third Addition
to Sheridan Park; situate in Kitsap County, Washington,
from Residential - two - (iR-2) to a Business - 3 -
(B-3) District.
Section 2. That, by reason of change in the Use and
Area Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist,
and this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton,
and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
