Ordinance No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That, pursuant to Resolution 101 of the
Planning Com,~ission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That portion of Sections 16 and 21 township 24 N, Range
1 E, W.M.,lying Northeasterly of Arsenal Way, Westerly
of Searle Street, and Southerly of the proposed State
Highway No. 21 as conveyed to the Washington State High-
way Commission, Department of Highways by instrument
bearing Auditor's File No. 715002; Except that portion
which lies in fire station property from Residential
- 1 - (R-i) to Manufacturing District.
Section 2. That, by reason of change in the Use and
Area Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist,
and this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton,
and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signsd by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
