A.N ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That, prusuant to Resolution No. 108 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in ,conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
That portion of Government Lot 2, Section 13, Townsp.
24 N., Range 1 E., W.M., described as follows: Beginning
716 ft. N. of the Ne. corner of Block 5, Town of Brem-
erton, as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats on
page 30, records of Kitsap County; thence N. 214 ft.;
thence E. 100 ft.; thence S. 70ft.; thence E. 1~ ft.;
thence S. 70 ft.; thence W 5 ft.; thence S. 74 ft.;
thence W. 105 ft. to the point of beginning. Situate
in Kitsap County.
from Residential - two (R-2) to Business - three (B-3).
Section 2. That, by reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and
this 'ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and
for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this /.~'~ day of December, 1963.

PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NUMBER 108
WHEi{EAS proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of Mr. ~o~eph B~aMentor of Bremerton,

WHEREAS hearing has been duly and regularly hald thereon,
and
WHEREAS THE ~61a$~ification is deemed by the Planning
Commission to be in the best interests of the City of Bremerton,
Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, be and the said Council is hereby respectfully
requested to pass am ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4
thereof, in the following manner;
That portion of Government Lot 2, Section 1S, Townsp. 24 N.,
range 1 E., W.M., described as follows: Beginning 716 ft. N.
of the Ne. corner of Block 5, To~n of Bremerton, as per plat
recorded in Volume 2 of plats on page $0, records of Kitsap
County; thence N. 214 ft.; thence E. 100 ft.; thence ~.
70 ft.; thence E. 10 ft.; thence S. 70 ft.; thence ~. 5 ft.
thence S. 74 ft.; thence W. 105 ft. to the point of beginning
Situate in Kitsap County.
from Residential-two (R-2) to Business-three (B-3).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the reclassification of said
property affects the peace, health and safety of the City of
Bremerton, and said ordinance should be adopted immediately°
PASSEO by the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton
