Section 1. That, prusuant to Resolution No. 106 of the
Plannins~ Commission of the City' of BremerCon the Use and Area
of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are herebl,.' a~nended in confor:~]i~al
with Chapter i, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
That portion of the N. ~ of S. W. quarter of S. W~
quarter Section 14, %~wsp. 2al N. 1 ~W~M
Beginning( at a point 1~0' W. of 'che N. E. corner
of the S. W. quarter of the S. W. quarter Section 14
'I~sp. 24 N. ! ~ thence W. 50 feet thence S. 132.96
feet thence E. 50 feet thence N. 132.96 feet 'to point
of beginning except the north 30 feet.
from Residential- one (R-l) to Business two (B-2).
Section 2. That, b~ reason of chance in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and
this ordinance is necessary for the i~'mmediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremert.Pn, and
for the 9'eneral welfare, and the same shall be in full force and
effect in~nediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED by' the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passag'e this .~~ day of November, 1963.

WHEREAS proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of E.W. Davidson of Bremerton,
Washington, and
gMEREAS hearing has been duly and ~egularly held thereon,
and
~HEREAS the reclassification is deemed by the Planning
Commission to be in the best interests of the City of Bremerton,
Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, be and the said Council is hereby respectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps
of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4
thereof, in the following manner:
That portion of the N. M of S.W. quarter of S.W. quarter
Section 14, Twsp. 24 N. 1EWM
Beginning at a point 190' W. of the N.E. corner of
the S.W. quarter of the S.W. quarter Section 14 Twsp. 24
N. 1E~ thence W. 50 feet thence S. 132~96 feet thence E.
50 feet thence N. 152.96 feet to point of beginning except
the North 30 feet.
from Residential-one (R-l) to Business-e~- two (B~ 2).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the reclassification of said
property affects the peace, health and safety of the City of
Bremerton, and said ordinance should be adopted immediately.
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton
on the 16~ day of October, 1963.
