ment a co, leto job~ all in accordance with the plus ~d specifications on file in
the Office of the City Engineer and as provided by Ordi~ce No. 2~, the s~e is
hereby approved ~d confi~ed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land or p~t thereof~ as s~ in said
assessEent roll is ~ecially benefited by said i~rovement ~ that there he ~d is
hereby assessed against each parcel and lot of land ~d p~t thereof ~d ot~r
property contained in said i~rovement district as sho~ in said roll~ inclu~tn~
any pr~erty belongin9 to the City of Bremer~n ~d the re~ective ~ts in ~id
roll set against each parcel and lot of l~d~ ~uttin~ ~on~ adjacent or proxt~te
to said i~rovement~ ~d such ~o~ts so assessed are hereby declared to be first
lien against each parcel or lot or p~t thereof a~ainst which the s~e is assessed
in said roll.
Section 3. That for the p~ose of this i~rovement there is hereby creat~
est~lished a special fund to be kno~ as "Local I~rovement F~d District No. 286."
~ "Installment Note" as authorized by Chapter 16~ ~ws of ~961~ be~in~ in~r~st
~, in ~he ~o~t necessary ~ provide for the uncollected portion of said district on
the ~te hereinafter fixed~ shall be issued ~d sold to one of the City's in~s~ent

improvement.
Section 5o That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
after its passa§e and publication as provided by law.
