~ land lying outside the limits of the City of
Bremerton and being contiguous to the City of
Bremerton and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Whereas, a petition signed by the owners of
more than seventy-five per cent (75%) of the property hereinafter
described, in value according to the assessed valuation for taxa-
tion of said property, has been filed with the City Council of
the City of Bremerton and the Council has directed that notice of
the hearing of the petition be given and, thereafter, a public
hearing was held on the 8~h day of Nm~em~r, 1961, and following
such public hearing the City Council has determined to annex said
described property.
Section 2. That the following-described tract of land
is hereby and by this ordinance adopted and incorporated within
and becomes a part of the City of Bremerton, to-wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northeasterly
margin of Marine Drive and the East margin of
Rocky Point Road; thence Northerly along the Easterly
margin of Rocky Point Road to the Easterly extension
of the North line of the North 60 feet of the South
370.5 feet of the East 532 feet of Government Lot 4,
Section 10, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.;
thence Westerly on said North line to the West line
of the North 50 feet of the South 406 feet of the East
120 feet of the West 290 feet of the East 25 Acres of
said Government Lot 4; thence Northerly on said line
to the North line of said tract; thence Westerly to
the West line of the East 25 Acres of Government Lot 4;
thence Southerly to the Northerly margin of Kelly Road;
thence Westerly on the Northerly margin of Kelly Road
