No. 1792 and declaring an emergency

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title 4, thereof as follows:
That the following described real property: Lots 15,
16, 17, 18, Block 2, Bremer's First Addition to
Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington, be rezoned
from Residential - one (R-l) to Business - two (B-2).
Section 2. That by reason of the change in the Use and
Area Maps an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health and safety of the citizens of Bremerton and
for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and
effect immediately upo~'.passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of theCity of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~day of August, 1961.

~EREAS, proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and re~larly
initiated on the motion of the Bremerton City Planning Commission~
and
W~REAS, public hearing Ms been duly and re~larly held
thereon, and
~EAS, there was no protest to said reclassification,
~d it is deemed by the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton
to be in the best interests of the City of Bremerton, Now Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Bremerton
be, and the said Council is hereby respectfully requested to pass
~ ordinance amending the use and area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792
in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof~ in the following
m~ner:
Lots 15, 16~ 17, 18~ Block 2, Bremer's First Addition
to Bremerton, from Residential - one (R-l) to Business -
two (B-2)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the reclassification of said
property affects the peace, health and safety of the City of
Bremerton, and said ordin~ce should be adopted immediately.
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton
this 21st day of August, 1961.
