Bremerton, amending the first unnumbered paragraph
of Section 18oof Ordinance No. 1972, and declaring
an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the first unnumbered paragraph of
Section 18 of Ordinance No. 1972 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 18. Ail that portion of the City of
Bremerton embraced within the following~escribed
limits shall be F~re Zone 3 - 4.

Lots 1 through 9 inclusive, Block 9, and
Lot 1, except the South 5 feet thereof, Block 10,
Town of Decatur.
Section 2. That an emergency exists and is hereby declared
to exist, and this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preserva-
tion of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of the
City of Bremerton and for the general welfare, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and
publication.
APPROVED on first reading this/~T-~day of April, 1961.
PASSED unanimously on second reading by the City Council
of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this of
April, 1961.
