AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended An conformity with
Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
The following-described real property: Lots 2,
3, and 4, Block~ and the South 5 feet of
Lot 1, Block 10, Town of Decatur, Kitsap County,
Washington, be rezoned from Business to Residen-
tial two.
Section 2. That by reason of the change in the Use and
Area Maps an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and
for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this/7~d~day of April, 1961.
