AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
· THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That, pursuant to Resolution No. 90 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in
conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of the North-
east quarter, Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1
East, W.M., Beginning at a point 1180.1 feet North
and 526.75 feet West of the Southeast corner of said
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter;thence
West 106 feet, more or less, to the East line of
Wycoff Avenue; thence North 130 feet, more or less,
to South line of 15th Street; thence East along the
South line, 106 feet, more or less, to point North
of beginning; thence South 130 feet, more or less,
to point of beginning; EXCEPT the South 70 feet
thereof, being located at 15th Street and Wycoff
Avenue, Bremerton, Washington, from Residential -
one (R-i) to Business- one (B-i).
Section 2. That, by. reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this
ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the
general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect
immediately ..upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
of such passage this 29th day of March, 1961.

W~ERF2~S, proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiat~ on the motion of the Bremerton City Planning Co~mission,
and
W~REAS, p~blic hearing has been duly and regularly held
thereon, and
WHEREAS, there was no protest to said reclassification,
and it is deemed by the Planning Co~ission of the City of Bremerton
to be in the best interests of the City of Bremerton, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton be, and the ~&~ Council is hereby respectfully requested
to pass an ordinance amending the use and area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, in the
following manner:
That portion of the southeast quarter of the northeast
quarter, Section 15, T~nship 24 North, Range 1 EWM,
Beginning at a point 1180.1 feet North and 526.75 feet
West of the southeast corner of said Southeast quarter
of the northeast quarter; thence West 106 feet, more or
less, to the East line of Wycoff Avenue; thence North
130 feet more or less, to the south line of 15th St;
thence F. ast along the South line, 106 feet, more or less,
to point north of beginning; thence South 130 feet, more
or less, to point of beginning; ~.XCF. PT the South 70
feet thereof, being located at 15th St. and Wycoff Ave.,
Bremerton, Washington, from Resi~ential ~ one (R-I) to
Business - one (B~i)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the reclassification of said
property affects the peace, health and safety of the City of
Bremerton, and said ordinance should be adopted immediately.
PASSED by the Planning Conm~ission of the City of
Bremerton, this 15th day of March, 1961.
