City of Bremerton; repealing Section 1 of Ordinance No.
2423 and amending Section 56 of Ordinance No. 1988.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
Section 1. That Section 1 ~of Ordinance No. 2423/be and
the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Section 56 of Ordinance No. 1988 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
PRECINCT %54; Beginning at the intersection of the south
margin of Sheridan Road with the centerline of Pine road;
thence e~sterly along the south margin of Sheridan road to
.,'.it's intersection with the east line of lots 5 through 13
of Manette Villa Tracts extended South; thence northerly
along said east line of lots 5 through 13 to the north line of
lot 13 of said plat; thence westerly along said north line
of lot 13 to the east margin of Pine road; thence southerly
along the east margin of Pine road to the east west section
line common to section 2 and 11 T 24 N R 1 E.W.M.; thence
west along said section line to its intersection with the west
line of the NE% of the NW~ of Section 11 T 24 NR 1 E.W.M.
thence south along said west line and continuing south along
the most westerly line of the plat of Sierra Terrace to the
south west corner of said plat; thence easterly along the south
line of said plat to .the south east corner of lot 8 of said
plat of Sierra Terrace; thence southerly along the city limit
line and its southerly extension to the south margin of
Sheridan road; thence easterly along the south margin of
Sheridan road to the point of beginning.
