Sidewalk Repair Project X'~(5), for the repair by reconstruction of sidewalk in the
City of Bremorton under Resolution No. 111~, and levying and assessing the amount
~hereof, according to benefits, against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land
and other property as shown on said roll~ providing for the collection of said
assessment and authorizing the issuance of sidewalk project fund warrants to pay the
cost and expense of said improvements.

Section 10 That the assessment and the assessment roll of Sidewalk Project Fund,
Project No. X-~5}, for the repair by reconstruction of certain sidewalks in the City
of Bremerton under Ordinance Nee 2~}1 and Resolution Nee 111] as the same now stands,
be and the same is hereby, in all things approved a~d confirmed.
See%ion 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property
shown upon said roll is hereby declared to be specifically benefited by said
improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment
appearing against each lot, tract or parcel of land and other peoperty is in proportion
to the east that each separate improvement bears to the respective a~dt~ing property.
There is hereby levied and assessed against each such lo~ trtct an~ parcel of land and
other property described in said roll, the amount finally charged against the same
thereone

Section ]. Said assessments m~y be paid on or before the Vth day of January B~H,
without interest, but thereafter all deferred payments shall bear interest at the rate
of h percent per annum up to and including the due date of the last installment. There-
after any unpaid balance shall draw( interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum. Any
portion of any assessment not paid within the time aforesaid may be paid to the City
Treasurer in bee installments, the first of which shall be due, payable a~d delinquent

on the J~H day of January, 1961, the second installment shall be due, payable and
delinquent on the 7th day of May, 1961, and the third ins~llment shall be due, payable
and delinquent on the 7th day of September, 1961e

Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to certify and transmit said
assessment roll for the eollection of the assessments fixed and set forth therein
to the City Treasurer for collection, pursuant to law.
Section ~e That this Ordinance shall t~ke effect immediately following its passage
and publication, as provided by law.
