and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. ~q/ is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 3. Effective September 30, 1960, the City
Treasurer shall transfer such funds from the General
Water Fund to the Storm Sewer Construction Fund as
directed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton.
Section 2. That an emergency exists affecting the public
peace, health, and safety of the City of Bremerton and this ordinance
shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this . . of October, 1960.
