HomeMy WebLinkAbout2404 ORDINANCE NO. ~S~ AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 and declaring an emergency. THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof as follows: The following-described real property: The West 225 feet of Lots 4, 5, and 6, plat of Sylvan Park, Kitsap County, Washington, be rezoned from Residential-one (R-i) to Business-two (B-2). Section 2. That by reason of the change in the Use and Area Maps an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
