AN ORDINANCE amending Use.and Area Maps of
~.i~O~dinance No, 1792 and declaring an emergency.
T~ CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 87 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby !amended in con-
fortuity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof as followS:
Lot 20, Block 2, Navy Park First Addition to
Charleston from Commercial to Residential-two (R-2).
Section 2. That by reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this
ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health, and safety oi the citizens of Bremerton, and for the
general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this / --day of June, 1960.

PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 87
WHER]~S, 'proceedings for the reclassification of the here-
inafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated, and
W~EREAS, hearing has been duly and regularly held thereon,
and
WHEREAS, the reclassification of said property carried the
approval of over 51% by area of all property owners affected
thereby, and is deemed by the Planning Commission of the
City of Bremerton to be in the best interests of the City
of Bremerton, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton be, and the said Council is hereby respectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title 4 thereof, in the following manner:
Lot 20, Block 2, Navy Park First Addition ~.to
Charleston from Commercial to Residential - two (R-2)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the reclassification of
said property affects the peace, health and safety of the
City of Bremerton, and said ordinance should be adopted
immediately.
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Bremerton, this 18th day of May, 1960.
