amending Section 305 of Ordinance No. 1792; and
repealing Ordinance No. 1412.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 305 of Ordinance No. 1792 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 305. Mobile Home Park. Mobile Home Parks may
be located in any area within the City of Bremerton and
shall be arranged and constructed in compliance with the
following regulations:
1. Each mobile home park shall contain not less than
three (3) acres of land and shall provide a mini-
mum area of two thousand (2,000) square f~.~et, not
less than th/rty (30) feet in width, for each
trailer, plus additional off-street parkln~ for
one (1) automobile.
2. Each trailer within said home park shall 'De set
back at least fifty (50) feet from the front
street and shall have a 'ten-(10) foot ;~i~e clear-
ance from any adjacent street, alley, ~:.' sidewalk.
No trailer shall be placed upon any site at any
less distance than ten (10) feet from aay other
building or trailer.
3. A mobile home park adjacent to or abutting upon
an R-1 or R-2 area shall provide a ten-(10) foot
high minimum planting screen on thc .~ides and
rear of said park.
4. Ail streets within said park shall b~..paved with
a hard surface and shall be not less than thirty
(30) feet in width; ingress and egress to said
park and streets shall be subject to the approval
of the Traffic Department of the Bremerton Police
Department.
5. Said park shall be adequately lighted and drained
and shall be constructed in compliance with the
building, zoning, sanitary, garbage, plmabing,
and all other c~dinances of the City and req~ire-
ments for the s~me shall be subject to the
approval of the Health Department, Engineer,
;~"~' :~ii~i.!~?~SO~ Building Inspector, and Fire Inspector.
6. Prior to the issuance of any permit, a plat
plan in full detail shall be provided so that
the different departments of the City of
Bremerton and the Planning commission may
approve them. ~ Such permit shall be issued by
the Building Inspector upon the payment of a
fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00} after
approval by the foregoing City agencies.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1412 be add the same is
hereby repealed.
APPROVED on first reading this 25th day of May, 1960.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this ~day of June, 1960..
