Master, the regulation and charges for the City
Pound; repealing Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1933
and amending Section 7 of Ordinance No. 1933.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1933 is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. That Section 7 of Ordinance No. 1933 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 7. Upon the request of the owner and
upon the payment of a Two Dollar ($2.00) fee, the
Pound Master shall kill any dog or a litter of pups.
APPROVED on first reading this /~f~ day of May, 1960.
PASSED by the City Council of the City Of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
