T~ CITY OF BRE~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 86 of tt~e
Planning' Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Aree~
Maps of Ordinance No. !792 be, and they are hereby amen~'[ied :tn con-
fortuity with Chapter I, Title <%, thereof as
The West 225 feet of Tract 6, Sylvan Park ~oe
rezoned from Residential-one (R-i) to Business-
two (B-2) .
Section 2. That by' reason of change in the Use and Ar~a
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, an~
Ordinance is necessary for the immediat~' preservation of th,3 ~oub3_ic
peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, anc for the
general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect ir~-
mediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attestea by the Cit~ Clerk in

~HEREAS, proceedings for the reclassification of the here-
inafter described property have been duly and ~egularly
initiated, and
WHEREAS, hearing has been duly and re~larly held thereon,
and
~AEREAS, the reclassification of said property carried the
approval of over 51% by area of all property owners affected
thereby, and is deemed by the Planning Commission of the
City of Bremerton to be in the best interests of the City
of Bremerton, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton be, and the said Council is hereby respectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter 1~
Title 4 thereof, in the following mannerz
The .West 225 feet of Tract 6, Sylvan Park be rezoned
from Res/dent/al-one (R-l) to Bus/ness-two (B-2)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the reclassification of
said property affects the peace, health' and safety of the
City of Bremerton, and said ordinance should b® adopted
immediately. :
PASSED by the Planning ~mmission of the City of
Bremerton this 20~ day of Aprt.1, 1960.
