THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2172; Sections 2, 38, 45, and
of Ordinance No. 1~1; and Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2374 be and the
same are hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Section 3 of Ordinance N3. 1~1 is hero, by
amended to read as follow, s:
Precinct No. 2
Beginning at the intersection of the south margin of 6th
Street with the east margin of Pacific Avenue (State
Highway 21); thence running south along the east margin
of Pacific Avenue to the south margin of Burwell Street;
thence west along the south margin of Burwell Street to
the northwest corner of Lot 23, Block 13, Plat of Orig-
inal Town of Bremerton; thence south along the west line
of said Lot 23, to the southwest corner of Lot 23, Block
13 of said Plat; thence west along the south line of
Lot 22, Block 13 of said Plat to the west margin of alley
running north and south along Block 12 of said plat;
thence south alon~ west margin of said alley to the south
margin of 1st Street; thence east along the south margin
of 1st Street to the west margin of alley running north
and south in Block 10 of said plat; thence south along
west margin of said alley to the northerly margin of
Washington Aven~e; thence southeasterly across Washington
Avenue to the most westerly corner of Lot 9, Block 1,
Plat of Original Town of Bremerton; thence southeasterly
along the west line of said Lot 9 and the extension thereo~
to the meander line; thence northeasterly along the
meander line to its intersection with the south margin
of Sixth Street extended; thence west along the south
margin of Sixth Street to the true point of beginning'.
Section 3. That Section 34 of Ordinance No. 1~ is

amended to read as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the south margin of
Sheridan Road (County Road No. 27) with the east margin
of Cherry Avenue; thence running east along the south
margin of Sheridan Road to its intersection with the
centerline of Schley Blvd.; thence southerly along the
centerline of Schley Blvd. to its intersection with the
centerline of Schley Way; thence southerly along the
centerline of Schley Way and its extension to the center-
line of Wheaton Way; thence running northerly and westerly
along the centerline of Wheaton Way to a line which is
1000 feet west of and parallel to the centerline of
Schley Blvd. and its extension; thence north along said
line to the south line of the Plat of Stewart-Wang; thence
west along the south line of said plat to its inter-
section with the east margin of Ash Street; thence
northerly along the east margin of Ash Street to its
intersection with the south margin of Callahan Drive;
thence westerly along the south margin of Callahan Drive
to its intersection with the east margin of Cherry Avenue;
thence north along the east margin of Cherry Avenue to
the point of beginning.
Section 4. That Section 36 of Ordinance No. 1~1 is hereb~~
amended to read as follows:
Precinct No. 35
Beginning at the intersection of the south margin of
Sheridan Road with the east margin of Wheaton Way (High-
way 21-B); thence north along the east margin of Wheaton
Way to the southwest corner of Lot 1, of Sylvan Park
Addition; thence east along the south line of Lot 1 of
said plat a distance of 225 feet; thence north parallel
to Wheaton Way to the north line of Lot 2, of said plat;
thence west along the north line of Lot 2, of said plat,
to the east margin of Wheaton Way; thence north along
the east margin of Wheaton Way to the southwest corner
of Lot 5 of said plat; thence east along the south line
of Lot 5 of said plat a distance of 225 feet; thence
north parallel to Wheaten Way to the south line of Lot 3,
of said plat; thence east along the south line of Lot 8
of said plat a distance of 94.03 feet; thence north
parallel to Wheaton Way to the south margin of Sylvan
Way; thence west along the south margin of Sylvan Way to
the east margin of Wheaton Way; thence north along the

an alley running north and south in the Southerly por-

Section 5. That Section 47 of Ordinance No. 1~1 is hereby
amended to read as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the south margin of
Sheridan Road with the east margin of Cherry Avenue;
thence west along the south margin of Sheridan Road to
its intersection with the center line of Wheaton Way;
thence north 89o00'58" west to the center line of Clare
Avenue; thence along the center line of Clare 'Avenue and
its extension, southerly and easterly through the Warren
Avenue Bridge right-of-way to the south margin of Lebo
Blvd.; thence south to the south margin of Campbell Way;
thence southeasterly along the south margin of Campbell
Way to its intersection with the south margin of Wheaton
Way; thence southeasterly along the south margin of
Wheaton Way to a point which is 1000 feet west of an6

parallel to the center line of Schley Blvd. and its
extension; thence north along said line to the south line
of the Plat of Stewart-Wang; thence west along the south

Section 6. That Section 37 of Ordinance No. l~l is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Precinct No. 36
Beginning at the intersection of the south margin of
Sheridan Road with the center line of Hefner Avenue;
thence northerly and easterly along the south margin of
Sheridan Road to its intersection with the center line
of Birch Street; thence northerly along the center line
of Birch Street to the center line of Sheridan Road, said
point being located on the northerly 1/16 line of
Section 11, T24NR1E W.M.; thence east along said 1/16th
line to its intersection with the center line of Clare
Avenue; thence along the center line of Clare Avenue and
its extension southerly and easterly through the Warren
Avenue Bridge right-of-way to the south margin of Lebo
Blvd.; thence northwesterly along the south margin of
Lebo Blvd. to the most westerly line of the plat of
U. S. Navy Yard Addition; thence south along the west
line of said addition to the Meander Line; thence
northerly and westerly along the meander line to its
intersection with the center line of Reid Avenue extended;
thence north along the center line of Reid Avenue and its

margin of Russell Road to its intersection with the
center line of Baer Blvd.; thence northwesterly along the

east margin of Arsenal Way; thence northeasterly along the
east margin of Arsenal Way and its extension to its inter-
section with the north margin of Highway 21; said point
being located on the present City Limits Line; thence
