THE CITY OF BREM~RTON DOES ORDAINt
Section 1. At the time of making' the appropriation in the 1959
Swimming Pool budget, and authoriming the transfer of an additional
$100.00 from Salaries & Wages to Main%e~ance & Operation by Ordinance
No. 2380, it could not have reasonably been forseen that accrued
charges for chlorine and accrmed State axoiae taxes would exceed the
appropriation available.
Section 2. It is found to be t, the ~est interests of the City of
Bremerton that $60.00 be transferred frem Salaries & liages to Maint-
enamce and Operation in the 1959. ~ Peel budget, and the City
Clerk is hereby authorized and direeted to make such transfer.
Sectiom 3. An emergency exists amd thia ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the p~blic peace, property, health
and safety of the people of Breme~tom amd shall be in full force and
effect following its passage an~ publicatiom.
PASSED unanimously by the City coUncil of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 20th day of January, 1960.
