AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an alley
running between Montgomery and Callow Streets
and South of llth Street.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Bremerton
declared its intention to vacate an alley by Resolution No. /~~,
setting the 30th day of December, 1959, as the date upon which said
Resolution would be heard and that notice of said hearing has been
posted and given in the manner provided by law and no opposition
appear lng.
Section 2. That the alley is more particularly described
as follows:
All that porti'0h of the alley lying between Lots
30 and 11, BloCk 2.3';~~ Third Addition to Charleston,
according to Plat thereof recorded in Volume
Plats, page 63.
is hereby declared vacated, but the City of Bremerton does hereby
reserve and retain an easement for any public utilities, including
sewer and water lines, telephone and power cables, which may now be
~under the surface of any of the areas vacated.
The City Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of this
Ordinance to be a true and correct copy thereof and to file the
same for recording with the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading' this 30th day of December, 1959.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
