AN ORDINANCE relating to the Municipal Garage repealing
Section 2 of Ordinance 1700, amending Section 4 of
Ordinance 1591 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance 1700 be and the
same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Section 4 of Ordinance 1591 is hereby
amended to read as follows: One hundred twenty-two and one-half
per cent (122½) of the regular hourly rate shall be charged on
all repair orders and be used in f~guring service charges for gas
and oil and shall include any time spent in connection with out-
side work.
Section 3. That an emergency exists affecting the public
peace, health and safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton
and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect January 1, 1963,
after passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
