~ ORDIN~CE vacating that portion of Broadway Avenue
between 15th and 16th Streets, less that portion vac-
ated by ~dinance 2512.
T~ CITY OF BR~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Bremerton
declared its intention to vacate Broadway Avenue by Resolution .~/~
setting the 28th day of Nove~er, 1962 as the date upon which ,
said Resolution would be heard and that notice of said hearing
has been posted and given in the manner provided by law and no
oppos it ion appear lng.
Section 2. That Broadway Avenue between 15th and 16th
Streets, less that portion vacated by ~dinance 2512 is hereby
declared vacated, but the City of Bremerton does hereby reserve
and retains any easements for any public utilities, including
sewer and water lines, telephone and power cables, which may now
be under the s~face of any of the areas vacated.
The City Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of this
~dinance to be a true and correct copy thereof and to file the
same for recording with the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
