described; providing for the ievyin9 and assessing for the costs and expenses thereof
against the parcels and lets of land within the boundaries af said improvement district;
providin9 for the collection thereof; creatin9 and establishin9 a special fund therefor;
and fixin9 the date for the issuance of an Installment Note in payment thereof.
THE CITY OF 8REHERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 288
providing for the improvement ef Lindber9 Place by the construction of Concrete Curbs
and Gutters, and Asphaltic Surfacing, together with the doing of any and all ether
work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete
Jab, ell in accordance with the plans and speCifications on file in the Office of the
City Engineer and as provided by Ordinance No. ~510, the same is hereby approved and
confirmed.
Section 2. That each parcel and let ef land or pert thereof, ae eho~m in said
assessment roll is specially benefited by said improv~ent and that the~e be and is
hereby assessed against each parcel and let uf land and part thereof and ether
property contained in said improvement district as shown in said roll, Including any
property belongin9 to the City of Bremerton and the respective amounts In ~aid roll
set a9ainst each parcel and let of land abu~tin9 upon, adjacent ~r ~xt~ate tc said
improvement, and such amounts so assessed are hereby declared te be first lien against
each parcel er let ar part thereof against which the sa~e is assessed 1~ a~id roll.
Section 3. That for the purpose sf this improvement ~hare is hereby ~raated and
established a special fund to be known as "Local Improvement Fun~ District Nc. 288".
An "Installment Nuts" as authorized by Chapte~ 1~5, Laws of 1~1, b~a~in9 interest
~%, in the amount necessary to provide for the uncollected potties af said district
en the date hereinafter fixed, shall be issued and sold te erie af t#e City's invest-
ment funds. Said Installment Note shall be dated en said date, end shall be payable
from said "Local Improvement District No. 288"
