THE CITY OF BREMF~TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Bremerton
declared its intention to vacate the Southeasterly 15 feet of the
platted street lying between Blocks 23 and 24 by Resolution No.//~/~
Setting the 17th day of October, 1962, as the date upon which said
Resolution would be heard and that notice of said hearing has been
posted and given in the manner provided by law and no opposition
appear ing.
Section 2. The Southeasterly 15 feet of the platted
street lying between Blocks 23 and 24, Town of Decatur, is hereby
declared vacated.
The City Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of this
Ordinance to be a true and correct copy thereof and to file the
same for recording with the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading the /7~ day of October, 1962.
PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading by the City Council
of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this :~ ay of

NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council in regular
session on September 26th, 1962, passed a resolution No. 1191
setting forth the necessity of vacating a street hereinafter
described and previously declared as a platted street:
The Southeasterly 15 feet of the platted Street
lying between Block ~3 and Block ~4, Plat of the
Town of Decatur, together with the tidelands
abutting said Southeasterly 15 feet.
and setting the 17th day of October, 1982, at 10:00 A.~. s.t.
to ~, and is established as, the time and day for hearing
objections to said vacation proceedings, which hearing shall be
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Bremerton.
Objections should be in writing.
