Section 1. Ordinance No. 2522 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. That pursuant to Resolution No. 98 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792. be, and they are hereby amended in con.-
fortuity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
East 18.5' of Lot 16 and all of Lots 17, 18 and 19,
Block 2, Veneta Townsite to B-2.
Section 3. That, by reason of change in the Use and
Area Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exis=,
and this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservat&on of
the public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton,
and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this~ day of October, 1962.
