AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That, pursuant to Resolution No. 97 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in
conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
Lots 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40, Block 3, High School
Addition to B-2.
Section 2. That, by reason of change in the Use and
Area Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist,
and this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton,
and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 10th day of October, 1962.

WHEREAS, proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of the Bremerton City Planning Commission
and,
WHEREAS, hearing has been duly and regularly held thereon,
and
WHE~AS, the reclassification of said property is deemed
by the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton to be in
the best interests of the City of Bremerton, Now Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that %he City Council of the City of Bremerton,
be and the said Council is hereby respectfully reoues%ed to
pass an Ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter 1, Title & thereof, in the
following manner:
lots 36, 37, 38, 39 and &O, Block 3, High School Addition
to BQ2 under Ordinance No. 2297.
BE IT FURTHER R~SOLVED that the reclassification of s&id
property affects the peace, health and safety of the City of
Bremerton, and said Ordinance should be adopted immediately.
