That, pursuant to Resolution No. 98 of the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Map~ of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows: East 18.5' of Lot 16 and all of Lots 17, 18 and 19, V~neta Towns ite to B-2. Section 2. That, by reason of change in the Use and Area Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication. PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of.. the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 10th day of October, 1962.
