AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an alley
located between Lots 5, 6 and 7, and Lot 8
Jens Jacobson's Addition to the City of

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Bre-
merton declared its intention to vacate an alley by Resolution
No. ///~ , setting the 12th day of September, 1962, as the date
upon which said Resolution would be heard and that notice of said
hearing has been posted and given in the manner provided by law
and no opposition appearing.
Section 2. That the alley more particularly described
as follows:
A certain portion of an alley located between Lots 5, 6
and 7, Lot 8, Jens Jacobson's Addition to the City of
Bremerton, according to plat thereof, said portion being
of an alley running north and south from 8th to 10th
Street, located between Park Avenue and Warren Avenue.
is hereby declared vacated, but the City of Bremerton does hereby
reserve and retains an easement for any public utilities, including
sewer and water lines, telephone and power cables, which may now
be under the surface of any of the areas vacated.
The City Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of this
Ordinance to be a true and correct copy thereof and to file the
same for recording with the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 19th day of September, 1962.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
