Occupation Taxes, Licenses and ~anchise Taxes and
Licenses by P~lic Utilities.
T~ CITY OF B~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any other ordinances to the
contrary all Business and Occupation Licenses, Taxes, ~anchise
Licenses and Taxes on public utilities, herein defined as power,
gas, telephone and transportation, shall be payable in quarterly
installments. Each payment to ~ for the tax accrued d~ing the
preceding calander quarter, and shall be paid on ~ ~efore the
15th day of the second month following the end of such quoter;
all ~anchise Licenses and Business and Occupation Licenses as
provided for in other ordinances shall be good until s~rendered,
canceled or revoked.
