SUMMARY: Staff is recommending that Chapter 2.76 - Procurement & Disposal Code ofthe
Bremerton Municipal Code be amended to clarify the definition of bid splitting. Also, the proposed
ordinance repeals certain ordinances that related to the older version of Chapter 2.76 that was replaced
upon the passage of Ordinance 4934 in March 2005.
