THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Bremerton
declared its intention to vacate a portion of Broadway Avenue by
Resolution No. 1178, setting the 5th day of July, 1962, as the date
upon which said Resolution would be heard and that notice of said
hearing has been posted and given in the manner provided by law
and no opposition appearing.
Section 2. That portion of Broadway Avenue between 15th
and 16th streets beginning 127.08 feet north and 291.41 feet west
of the southeast corner of said Lot 1 of Tract 6, Warren Smith
Acre Tracts and extending north 158.85 feet, is hereby declared
vacated.
The City Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of this
Ordinance to be a true and correct copy thereof and to file the
same for recording with the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading the llth day of July, 1962.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this ~!~.~.day of July, 1962.
