corporate limits of the City of Bremerton certain

~.~ ~ Section 1. Whereas, a petition signed by the Owners of
more than seventy-five per cent (75%) of the property hereinafter
described, in value according to the assessed valuation for taxa-
tion of said property, has been filed with the City Council of
the City of Bremerton and the Council has directed that notice of
the hearing of the petition be given and, thereafter, a public
hearing was held on the 18th day of July, 1962, and following
such public hearing the City Council has determined to annex said
described property.
Section 2. That the following-described tract of land
is hereby and by this ordinance adopted and incorporated within
and becomes a part of the City of Bremerton, to-wit:
Tract 24, Sylvan Park, as recorded in Volume 6
of Plats at page 45.
Section 3. That an emergency exists and this ordinance
is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
property, health and safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect following
passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY be the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 18th day of July, 1962.
