S~%ton 1. That the kssessment Roll for Local I~rovement District No. 287
p~oviding f~r the t~rovement of Callow Av~nu~ from Burwell S%reet ~ Eleventh Strew%
by th~ ins~llation of Merely Vapor Street Lights together with the doing of a~ and
all other ~rk tn connection therewith as ~y be necessary ~ m~e such improvement
a co~lete Job, all in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the
Office of the City Engineer and as provided by Ordi~ce No. 247~ th~ s~e is hereby
approved and co~irmed.
S~ction 2. That each p~cel and lot of land or part thereof~ as sho~ in said
assessment roll ts specially benefited by said improvement ~d that there be and is
hereby assessed against each parcel ~d lot of l~d and p~t thereof ~d other property
contained in said improvement district as sho~ in said roll~ including ~y property
belonging ~ the City of Brem~rton and the respective amounts in said roll set against
each p~cel and lot of l~d~ abutting upon~ adjacent or proxi~t~ ~ said t~rovement~
~d such ~ounts so assessed are hereby declared ~ be first lien against each parcel
or lot or p~t thereof against which the s~e is assessed tn said roll.
Section 3. That for the p~pos~ of this i~rovem~nt there is hereby created and
es~lish~d a ~ecial f~d ~ be ~o~ as "Local I~rovement Fund District No. 287".
~ "Instalment Note', as authorized by C~pter 16~ ~ws of 1961~ bearing interest at
