T~E CITY OF Bi~EMEt%'i~ON DOES O~DAIN:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person,
firm, or corporation to discharge the contents of any septic
tan'k, cesspool, or chemical toilet into the municipal sewer
systems, e:~cept at places ~esignate6[ by the Co~missioner of
Public Works and Utilities, at the sewage disposal plants.
Section 2. Any person, firm, or corporation
desiring to ~ischarge such sewage at the sewage dis?osai
of Bremerton, shall first pay an annual fee of fifty ¢~ollars
(~50.00), to the City Treasurer of the City of Bremerton, an~
shall present said receipt to the City Clerk, who shall issue:.
a license and a key authorizing saidl person, firm, or corp-
oration to discharge such sewage in accordance with rules
regulations of the Commissioners promulgated~ un~er the
authority of this Ordinance.
Section 3. Any person, firm, or corporation,
'violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and[ on conviction thereof shall be
punished by a fine in a sum not er~ceeding three hun¢i]re~
dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment in the city jail
for a period not e~ceeding ninety (90) days, or by bo'th
such fine and imprisonment°
