the Third /~ition to Sheridan Park.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES O~,~DAIN:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Bremerton
dec!a~ed its intention to vacate poplar street by Resolution
No. 1172 setting the 31st day of May, 1962, as the date upon
which said Resolution would be heard and that notice of said
hearing has been posted and~ given in thc manner provided by law
and no opposition appearing.
Section 2. That Poplar Street located in the Third
D~dition to Sheridan Park is herby declared vacated, but the
City of Bremerton does hereby reser:e and retains any easements
for any public utilities, including sewer and water lines,
'telephone and power cables, which raay now bl~ un~er the surface
of any of the areas '~acated.
The City Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of
this Ordinance to be a true and correct copy thereof and to
file the same~ for recording with the Auditor of Kitsap County,
Washin~ton.
APPiqOVED on first reading the ~th day of June, 1962.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, signed, by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 13th day of
June, 1962.
