Section i. That Section 2 of Or6~inance No. 2423, ?oe and
the same, is hereby' repea].ed.~/
Section 2. That Section 31 of Ordinance No. 1781 is her~bh~
amended to read as follows:
PRECINCT NO. 30 w
Beginnin5~ at the Point of inters~?ction cf the north-
erly margin of Kitsap Way (Primary State Highway 21) witT~
the ~!~ste~:!y margin of Shorewoof]~ Drive; thence easterly
along the northerly margin of said Kitsap Way to the sou'ah
west corner of a lot ~.cscribe~ in Volmme 191 of Deeds, Pag~
606 under Auditor's file No. 242954 records of Kitsap County,
Washington; thence north easterly along the west line of
said lot to 'the Government Meander line~ thence south east--
erly, north easterly and south easterly along said Meand~ar
line to its intersection with the north south Section line
con%~on 'to Sections 1_~ and 16 T24NRllLWM~ thence south along
said section line to its intersection with the north~rly
margin of Russell Road e~tended east; thence south westea~ly

thereto a ne~ section 48 which reac]s as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the northerly right
of way linc of Kitsap Way (Primary State Highway No. 21)
and the westerly ~nargin of Shorewood Drive; thence north-
erly along saifl westerly margin of Shorewood Drive to its
intersection with the northerly line of Government Lot ~
thence westerly along the northerly line of Government Lot
~. to the east margin of Brentwood Drive; thence northerly
along the e. ast margin of Brentwood Drive to its inter-
section with the easterly extension of the north line of
lot 36, Block 1 of Brentwood Park; thence westerly along
the north line of said lot 36 and continuing westerly
along the north line of lot 28 of said plat to it's int,~r-
section with the easterly margin of Primary State Highw~.y
21; thence northerly and westerly alon~ the easterly mar-
gin of Primary State Highway 21 to its intersection with the
northwest cornier of lot 20, Block 1 of Brentwood Park;
thence easterly along the north line of said lot 20 (said
north line being the South boundry of the United States
