Section 5. It shall be unlawful for an5 person to dri,'e,

therein unless such person is the holder of a valid~ ~mbulan e

Section 6. Drifters License Qualifications; l;ach applicant

Section 7. The City Council of the City of Bremerton,

Section 8. Violation of any of the provisions of this
~dinance or of any of the rules or regulations established bi~
